Refund policy

We have a 30-day resolution policy, which means you have 30 days after receiving your item to request a resolution if there is an issue with your order.

Damages, Defective, or Incorrect Items (Photo Verification) Dartael acts as a curator of high-quality products. As hygiene and safety are our top priorities, we generally do not require you to physically mail back products, particularly skincare and personal care items.

Please inspect your order upon reception. If the item is defective, damaged during transit, or if you receive the wrong item, contact us immediately at help@dartael.com with clear photos of the item and its original packaging. We will evaluate the issue and make it right by issuing a full refund or sending a free replacement. You may be asked to safely dispose of the defective item.

Exceptions / Non-returnable items For hygiene and safety reasons, personal care goods (such as beauty products, skincare, and multi-balms) cannot be accepted for a physical return or refund once they have been opened or used, unless they arrived damaged or defective. If you have an adverse reaction to a product, please discontinue use immediately and contact us. We also do not accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

European Union & United Kingdom 14-day cooling-off period Notwithstanding the above, if the merchandise is being shipped into the European Union or the United Kingdom, you have the right to cancel your order within 14 days of receiving it, for any reason and without a justification. To exercise this right, your item must be in the exact same condition that you received it: strictly unopened, unworn or unused, with safety seals fully intact, and in its original packaging. You’ll also need the receipt or proof of purchase. Please contact us at help@dartael.com to initiate this specific process.

Refunds We will notify you once we’ve evaluated your photo evidence or return request, and let you know if the refund was approved or not. If approved, you’ll be automatically refunded on your original payment method within 10 business days. Please remember it can take some time for your bank or credit card company to process and post the refund. If more than 15 business days have passed since we’ve approved your refund, please contact us at help@dartael.com.
