Shipping policy

Order Processing Time All orders are processed and dispatched within 48 hours (2 business days) after receiving your order confirmation email. You will receive another notification when your order has shipped containing your tracking number.

Estimated Shipping Times Once your order has been processed, it will be delivered within the following estimated timeframes, depending on your location:

• United Kingdom: 4 to 7 business days

• United States: 7 to 14 business days

• Australia: 8 to 12 business days

• Canada: 10 to 15 business days

Please note that these are estimated delivery times. Occasional delays may occur due to customs processing or carrier issues.

Customs, Duties, and Taxes Dartael is not responsible for any customs and taxes applied to your order. All fees imposed during or after shipping (tariffs, taxes, VAT, etc.) are the sole responsibility of the customer. Please check with your local customs office for more information regarding potential fees in your country before placing an order.

Note for UK and Australian customers: Depending on the total value of your order and local tax laws (such as the UK VAT on low-value consignments or the Australian GST), we may be required by law to collect applicable taxes at checkout. In these specific cases, the taxes will be clearly displayed during your payment process. For all other international shipments, taxes and duties remain the sole responsibility of the customer upon arrival.
